How do I find the schedule of the available classes of the teacher I want to take lessons from?
“To check a teacher’s schedule or class availability, just visit their profile for the course. You’ll see all the available time slots, along with details about class availability for each one.”
How do I find out the medium of class of a particular teacher?
“The class language for each teacher and subject is listed right on their profile. Or You can get the details from Our Academic co-ordinator.”
How do I pay for a class?
“Once you’ve successfully completed the demo classes, our accounts team will reach out to guide you through the fee payment process.”
How do I cancel/ stop the classes I am taking?
Can I reschedule a class I have missed?
“One to One Private classes can be rescheduled based on the teacher’s availability. If any class doesn’t happen as planned, our dedicated team will follow up with you to arrange a new time.”
How do I take a demo class?
A student who wants to take a demo class can register for the same on the homepage & by clicking on the “Book Demo Class” and providing the necessary details
What is the duration of an online class?
“Each online class is typically one hour long, but if you need more time, feel free to customize your session to fit your needs!”
What technology or devices are required to take the online classes?

You can check the schedule of your upcoming classes on your profile.
How can I view my profile on The chennai tuition?
Your profile is created once you register with THE CHENNAI TUITION. You can view your profile on External student’s Profile. You can update your profile on the dashboard itself
Do you have any terms & conditions and privacy policies?
Yes, you can find our Terms &Conditions and Privacy Policy.
Do you provide test series?
Yes, we provide free online test series to students as a part of the course package. A student can solve online mock tests chapter-wise, part and full syllabus tests.
Do you provide counselling related to students' problems and career planning?
Yes, we have a very important feature called Counselling. Its main objective is to solve problems of students from start to end. We have experts ranging from diverse fields and domains who help students in their career choices.
Are there any counselling or PTM sessions to put parents' views in front of teachers/ experts?
Yes, we conduct quarterly or Monthly PTMs to know parents’ point of views, feedback, suggestions (if Needed).
WHAT IF I DO NOT LIKE THE TRIAL/DEMO CLASS?
If you don’t like the demo class, we will surely find another tutor for you until you are satisfied with the tutor.
WHAT IF THE TUTOR DISCONTINUED THE TUITION CLASSES IN BETWEEN OR NOT SATISFIED THE CLASSES?
If you wish to change tutors after the tuition classes begin, we will either locate a new teacher for you who fits your tuition requirements

How do I register myself as a Teacher?
You can register yourself as a teacher, by visiting the Career page of the website. Click on the “Click to apply” button and fill in our basic details.
Can I teach more than one subject?
Yes, a teacher registered with the chennai tuition can give online tuitions for as many subjects/ courses he/she wants.
How do I check my schedule of classes?
To view all the courses & classes a teacher is giving online classes for, he/she is required to visit his/her profile and, all the information regarding his/her classes and schedule will be available there.
Can I reschedule a class?
Yes, a teacher can reschedule a class. A teacher will be required to notify the students Atleast 4 hours prior to cancelling a class and 24 hours prior to the reschedules class.
What technology or devices are required to give the online classes?
Teachers can give online classes using digital devices like smart phones, tablets and laptops. An internet connection of good speed will also be required for the classes.
Whom do I contact if I face any technical difficulties during a class?
In case you face any technical difficulty during or after a class then, kindly call us on Concerned co-ordinator or mail us on the e mail id as given on the website.
What is the duration of an online class?
The duration of every online class is one hour.

Don’t be disheartened if you are not chosen for the demo class. There are several possibilities available to you. You may apply for the most recent tuition positions by visiting this website. But you should get ready for the next demo class.
